Chey Johns and I invite you to join us for a workshop supporting Mental Load, Burnout & The Nervous System. This workshop provides choice-based, body-aware practices, while offering a unique way of relating to what you're feeling. A chance to notice, regulate, and reconnect.

Hot Candlelight Deep Stretch & Relaxation
Enjoy a yin inspired class with gentle movements and deep stretching. In this candlelit room, we use long-held restorative poses to release tension and tightness in the entire body. Leave feeling calm and relaxed. For beginners through to advanced!
If you are new to the studio, please arrive 15 minutes prior to class time to fill out the studio waiver.
